If involved in organisation of Insurance Procurement processes, we as professional experts perform the following tasks:

• assist in organisation of surveys of employees to identify their needs and wishes;
• prepare Work Assignment, considering the budgetary constraints of the client (this is one of the main challenges for broker – to develop Work Assignment in such detail, that would result in the offer being submitted to the client just as he would have wished, i.e. making sure that offers submitted would be qualitative enough, but still within the budget);
• participate in preparation of Tender Regulations, especially in development of Assessment criteria;
• after the offer are received – we assess offers submitted in accordance with point score system and recommend to the client the best suited and economically beneficial offer (here the main task of broker is to prepare expert’s conclusion which provides such justification for the client’s choice, as to prevent other tenderers from questioning of tender results);
• after the announcement of tender results we assist in drafting the documents in the format required by the insurer and organise production and delivery of policies;
• consult employees of the client on services included in the insurance programmes and options for use of policy;
• represent client’s interests.
