• Upon client’s request – organisation of survey of client’s employees to assess needs and wishes of employees, opinion about the current Insurance programme, which includes development of questionnaires, processing of results and conclusions;
• Preparation of Work Assignment considering the client’s budget and needs of employees;
• Development of assessment criteria in accordance with requirements of management and results of employees survey or wishes of management;
• After receiving of quotes – assessment of offers by a scoring system and recommendations of the best and economically most beneficial offer for the client (upon client’s request we prepare official recommendation for the Board in Latvian or foreign languages);
• After approval of tender results we assist in formation of employee lists in the format requested by Insurers, organise production and delivery of policies;
• Consultations to employees of the Client on services covered by the Insurance programme and options for use of the policy;
• Representation of client’s interests over the whole period of Insurance, especially in the cases of claims and disputes.
