CTPL Insurance

All drivers are aware of how the compulsory insurance of third party liability of owners of transport vehicles (CTPL) works, but where it is the cheapest and fastest to buy?

Starting from the June 1, 2008 no policy form signed by both contracting parties is required. Responsible authorities, like, Road Police, can check the existence of CTPL insurance by the registrations in the data base. At the same time everyone can continue also the present order for buying of CTPL insurance by signing a contract with insurer in person and by carrying the original CTPL policy.

Original CTPL is only required for travelling abroad.
